The Leaf pattern stitch in the yoke has 10 pattern repeats with a multiple of 16 (16, 18, 18, 18) sts plus 1 st. The Leaf pattern stitch in the hem has 10 pattern repeats with a multiple of 18 (18, 20, 20, 20) sts plus 1 st.
